Pros of Brother 7820 N : The fax works and the copy function does also.

Cons: Overall the printer is very disappointing in initial quality. Input fittings come loose and cannot be repaired without investing additional dollars into the machine. Low page count before spending high dollars on new cartridge. Spotty functioning with router.
