Cannon MX700

My review on Cannon MX700. I am a small business woman since 1996 with little or no good judgement for purchasing any office supply, much less a printer.

Husband is a computer wizard and researches every product for days before purchasing. Did not research this one...just trusted the name. We have many Cannon products.

This one, however, is the worst of any printer/laser/fax I have ever owned. Jams every other print job and uses way too much ink. I have lost more time unjamming the printer than enjoying the printer.

Constant source of office peeves. Hate it, Hate it, Hate it, Brother would have been a better choice.

This printer was purchased by my husband who didn't check into QUALITY. Shame on the makers of Cannon for putting such a wasteful product out there for consumers to use as though it is disposible because it is. The cost of ink exceeds the printer price. It will not print if even one cartridge is empty. Prints with a sky blue background when not requested to do so. Will not print in grayscale when even one cartridge is empty. Cartridges are not refillable. Junk. How dare this company to intentionally invent such a big piece of trash for our landfills. I will never buy Cannon again as I love our green earth and cannot condone this type of practice.
