HP officejet pro 8500 wireless

Experience with 2 units. First HP diagnosed as needing to be replaced so returned & exchanged for another unit.

In less than one month have had a series of problems. For example, Sensor inaccurate diagnosing requiring paper when well stocked with paper. Also. touch screen constantly needs resetting.

HP will send refurbished unit in 2 days but NOT new unit where you have to wait 7-10 days. After dealing with all the problems with TWO units felt I deserved better. If they can providse refurbished unit why not new especially since unit was purchased only 28 days ago. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!!
